Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date the order is received, for exchange or online credit only.
All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means — unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to your at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, please allow our returns department up to 5 business days for processing. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sales/Clearance items
- Bathing Suits
- Graphic Tees
- Hand Bags
- Gift Certificates
- Formal Items
- White Items
All items listed above are FINALE sale. These items are NOT eligible for exchange or online credit.
“Sale/Clearance items” refers to any items that were shown under a “Sale” or “Clearance” tab or any items that were purchased with a Promotional Code.
“Formal Items” can be Gowns, Jumpsuits and/or Formal Suits.
We make every effort to ensure all items are free of defects and properly packaged so they arrive at their destination unharmed and intact. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise, contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions.
We are unable to guarantee the item/size that you need will be available once your return is received. For this reason, if you’re still unsure of your size after reading all of the description, we highly recommend that you email us prior to placing an order. We will be glad to help you.
Exchanges can only be applied once per order. Multiple exchanges for the same order is not permitted.
If you prefer online credit for your return, please let us know in your return order and we will be happy to issue an online credit for the your return once your return is received and approved.
Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by us in writing. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
